This place is wonderful! I’ve seen and been to a few nursing homes where I couldn’t walk in the hallways because of horrible odor. Not this place! EverGreen Commons is clean and professional. My brother entered Evergreen a couple of weeks ago and we couldn’t be happier. Everyone there is caring and involved in the well-being of the residences there. When we visit our brother, he always has a smile on his face! He likes the food and loves the outdoor patio area. Even driving up to it looks like a mini paradise! We are all at peace knowing that our brother is in a safe, professional and caring place. I highly recommend Evergreen Commons! I’d give it more than 5 stars if I could!

My father was at Evergreen for end-of-life care. The nurses, CNA’s and supporting staff members went out of their way to be sure my father was comfortable and well cared for. Special thanks to Nurse Andrea, who always seemed to know the right thing to say at a difficult time. I was pleased with our experience at Evergreen.

My dad is in this facility and I can see that from the time that I enter with the assistance I’ve gotten that he’s in a really good spot. I would recommend this place for all who find themselves in need of direct care. He direct care staff are so amazing… keep up the good work! When noone else appreciate you know this, from the bottom of my heart ❤️ I appreciate you!

Getting in was easy and the facility was clean. There was a music activity going on in the community room. My mother had just arrived yesterday late in the day. She had been given a sponge bath and her phone and hearing aid chargers were already plugged into the outlets. As we arrived they were pushing in a chair with the hopes of my mother being able to sit up.

EverGreen Commons is very good. My dad was a Pt. there and got excellent care. He loved the Nurses and CNA's. They always helped him with his care and at mealtime. When he rang his bell it was answered. They were very informative to me when I visited. The new Administrator Emily is excellent so kind and caring and does everything in her power to solve any issues that come up. Thank you!

Facility was clean and neat. I spoke with MJ social worker. She was very pleasant and accommodating. All staff were very helpful

The bedrooms smell like pee. They are dirty. The patients after using the bathroom it takes forever before someone comes to help them. The staff yells at them if they make a mess. Staff doesn't do anything about someone stealing from the patient.
